All the papers will be presented, at least virtual presentation, max 2 papers/author, editing language-English.


Attending and not attending participants are invited to submit:

• Research papers: complete papers (min 4500 - max 6500 words) with complete references section.

• Short papers: this could be research in progress, abstracts, ideas to be explored explore with audience at the conference, or draft of papers for possible co-authorship: (max. 1000 words) 

Each paper will be subjected of a double blind peer review. The evaluators will seek for originality, significance, clarity, and contribution. Summary of review feedback/reports may be sent back to the author(s), if the case. All comments and suggestions should be addressed in the final submission. Papers must not have been previously published or currently submitted for publication elsewhere. The authors will follow the guideline for submissions which is specific to the publication opportunity they choose. By accessing the web page of each journal, they can find details about how to edit their works.


The abstracts will have max. 2500 characters (without space).

The full papers will have around 4500-6500 words, but will be no longer than 4 pages.


Publication of the proceedings


The proceedings containing the extended papers of the scientific presentations will be published in order to make the contents of the works presented at CReBUS Conference accessible to a wider audience. The proceedings will be issued in time for presentation at the conference and sent to be indexed in Conference Proceedings Citation Index by Thomson Reuters, Philadelphia.


The Publisher Medimond – Monduzzi Editore International Proceedings Division will send detailed writing instructions to the authors accepted for presentation at the conference.
